陕西省《食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760-2014)跟踪评价

Tracking Evaluation of the Standard for the Use of Food Additives(GB 2760-2014) in Shannxi Province

目的了解陕西省各机构《食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760-2014)知晓情况以及贯彻落实和执行应用情况,提出标准实施和标准修订相关建议。方法采用多阶段分层方式随机抽样对170名调查对象进行问卷调查,使用Epidata3.1进行资料录入,采用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。结果问卷有效率为96.4%;陕西省GB 2760-2014知晓率达88.4%;知晓新《标准》的调查对象中,42.1%的调查对象认为该《标准》非常可操作,49.7%的调查对象认为该《标准》基本可操作;49.0%的调查对象认为该《标准》非常合理,42.8%的调查对象认为该《标准》基本合理;在知晓新《标准》的企业人员中,2.1%的调查对象表示新《标准》实施以来,企业未采取任何措施;10.6%的调查对象表示新《标准》的实施对企业无任何影响。结论陕西省《食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760-2014)知晓情况及贯彻落实和执行应用情况尚可,各机构应加强宣传和培训工作,标准制定部门应做好答疑工作,并不断完善标准。

Objective Understand the awareness and implementation of the Standard for the Use of Food Additives in Shannxi Province, so as to provide some suggestions of implementing and revising the standard. Methods 170 residents selected by multistage random sampling were surveyed using questionnaire. Epidata3.1 and SPSS statistical software were used for data processing. Results The effective rate of survey questionnaires was 96.4%. 88.4% of respondents said that they knew Standard for the Use of Food Additives （GB2760-2014）. Among the respondents who knew the standard, 42.1% considered the standard had good maneuverability and 49.7% considered the standard almost had maneuverability. 49.0% thought the standard was perfectly reasonable and 42.8% thought the standard was basically rational. Among the respon- dents from enterprises who knew the standard, 2.1% said the enterprise didn＇t take any actions for the implementation of the standard. 10.6% indicated the implementation of the standard had no effect on the enterprise. Conclusion The aware- ness and implementation of the Standard for the Use of Food Additives was pretty good in Shannxi Province. It should be strengthened on publicizing and training. The standard should be explained in detail and be improved.
