晚清兴安城总管衙门兴废简析

On the Ups and Downs of Xing'an City Government at the Later Qing Period

19世纪五十年代末叶,俄国强行侵占黑龙江以北中国领土后,失去江北大片猎场的雅发罕鄂伦春人生活愈加拮据、苦不堪言。清政府在光绪八年(1882)对其收编管束,建立兴安城总管衙门,光绪二十年(1894)便谕令裁撤,虽没有达到清政府预期的效果,但在雅发罕鄂伦春人的历史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。

At the late 1850s,Russia conquered part of the north land of China. The Oroqen people of Yafahan lost their hunting ground of the north river and suffered from poverty. At the 8th year of Emperor Guangxu （1882） , the Qing government took in the reorganized them and established the city government. However, due to some reasons, it was dismissed in 1894. Although it failed to achieve the expected effect it was an important part in Oroqen people＇ s history.
