摘要
本研究以桑树品种"强桑1号"的叶片为试验材料,针对其叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸(PRO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及抗氧化酶等生理生化指标在中晚秋的变化,研究桑树在自然降温、桑叶逐渐老化过程中的生理特点。结果发现,"强桑1号"桑叶逐渐老化的过程中,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量降低,SOD、POD、CAT活性下降,脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量上升,抗氧化酶系统在桑叶的衰老过程中发挥了重要作用。
In order to study the physiological characteristics changes of mulberry leaves during the natural cooling and aging, the leaves of mulberry variety 'Qiangsang 1'were used as experimental material, the physiological and biochemical indexes such as chlorophyll, soluble protein, proline, MDA and antioxidant enzyme were observed. The results show that the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein were decreased, the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT were also decreased, while the level of proline and MDA were increased in mulberry leaves during the natural cooling and aging. These results suggest that the antioxidant system plays an important role in the aging process of mulberry leaves.
