用圆网纸机生产高效真空吸尘器纸袋原纸的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了采用圆网纸机生产高效真空吸尘器纸袋原纸的生产工艺。从纤维配比、浆料处理、化学助剂添加、表面施胶工艺及圆网纸机生产实际操作等方面考虑,采用单因素实验探讨各因素对生产高效真空吸尘器纸袋原纸的影响。研究结果表明,用圆网纸机生产高效真空吸尘器纸袋原纸的基本工艺条件为:石头牌南方松针叶木浆和涤纶纤维(12 mm,1.67 dtex)配比为75∶25;浆料只疏解不打浆;湿强剂(PAE)用量为0.6%;表面施胶采用质量比为1∶1的氧化淀粉(OS)与羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的混合胶液,胶液浓度为4%。 In this paper, the manufacturing process of efficient vacuum dust collecting bag base paper by using the cylinder paper machine was investigated. Some important parameters were determined, including the fiber type (natural wood fiber and synthetic fiber) and propor- tion, the mechanical treatment for the fiber materials, the chemical additives, surface sizing process and cylinder paper machine operation conditions. Finally, the optimized conditions for producing this specialty paper were obtained. The resuhs showed that when the ratio of soft- wood pulp and synthetic fiber was 75:25, the adding dosage of PAE was 0. 6%, the ratio of OS and CMC was 1: 1, and the concentration of sizing agent was 4%, the air permeability and strength properties of dust collecting bag base paper were the best.
