摘要 以安徽的某一地铁项目做为基础来进行展开和研究,在实验室,对碗扣式模板支架承载力进行了一些相关试验,在探究了碗扣式钢管支架在承受竖向荷载时,观察支架中立杆和横杆一些应力变化,还有支架体系从上到下的传递方式和规律,节点连接及受力性质,由此来得到支架受力最重的杆件,为之后的设计及施工搭设提供了参考。在实验室对碗扣式支架进行了一些相关试验,得到了一些重要的的试验数据和结果,为碗扣式支撑体系理论分析提供了试验和监测两种数据。 This paper researches based on a subway project in Anhui Province, some related experiments of the bearing capacity of bowl buckles template scaffold are made in the laboratory, when exploring the bowl type steel tube scaffold under vertical load, observing some stress changes of poling and cross - bar in the stand and the transmission way and rule of support system from top to bottom, and the node connection and mechanical properties, thus to get the heaviest supporting bar, which provides reference for the later design and construction. Some related tests on button bowl of timbering are made in the laboratory, and some important results of experimental data are gotten and supporting system for the bowl type theoretical analysis provides test and monito- ring data.
