摘要 以Ca(OH)_2和Ca(H_2PO_4)2·H_2O为原材料,采用化学沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石(HA)粉体。改变不同反应物量、加入方法及后续反应时间等去探索快速制备纳米HA粉体的工艺。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)测试手段对样品的成分、组织形貌等进行分析。研究结果表明碱性环境有利于加快氢氧化钙和磷酸二氢钙在溶液中的反应速度,从而提高HA的生产效率;20倍反应物量,将Ca(H_2PO_4)_2溶液分20次以1分钟为间隔加入Ca(OH)_2过饱和溶液中并保持后续反应时间30分钟为本研究实验条件下最快制备纳米HA粉体的工艺,和原始制备工艺相比,可提高生产效率60倍。 The nano hydroxyapatite (HA) powder was prepared by means of chemical precipitate from Ca (OH) 2and Ca( H2PO4 ) 2 as raw materials. The process of preparing nano - HA powder was explored by changing the content of reactants, adding mode and subsequent reaction time. X - ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning elec- tron microscopy (SEM) and EDS (EDS) were used to analyze the composition and morphology of the samples.The results show that the alkaline environment can accelerate the reaction speed of Ca(OH)2and Ca( H2PO4 )2 in solution, which improves the productivity of HA. The fastest preparation process of nanometer HA powder in the experimental conditions of this study was the quality of reactants of 20 times as high as traditional method, every one minute adding the Ca( H2PO4 )2 solution which was divided into 20 parts to Ca (OH)2 supersaturated solution and the subsequent reaction time was 30 minutes.
