文章介绍了企业服务模式的4种基本形式,即自营模式、专家模式、服务集成模式和平台模式。平台模式具有公开、合作、共享、共赢等优点,它聚合了企业、服务机构等相关资源,并由平台链接供需双方,用不同的服务机构的服务资源匹配客户的多元化需求,并让客户自主选择最适的服务资源满足其需求,实现供需价值的最大化。

Four basic forms of the enterprise service mode are introduced in this paper, which are self operation mode, expert mode, service integration mode and platform mode. The platform model has the advantages of openness, cooperation, sharing, win-win situation, etc. and it aggregates enterprises, services institutions and other related resources. This platform links both supply and demand and matches the diverse needs of customers with different service resources, and allows customers to choose the most suitable service resources to meet their needs, to realize the maximization of supply and demand value.
