目前,各相关科技服务机构对技术需求挖掘研究较多,然而对于挖掘得到的技术需求是否符合企业真实需要,以及后期如何成功解决该技术难题,从而满足其技术需求的一系列过程,没有一个明确的评价体系和服务标准,导致需求采集容易,需求真伪难辨,需求对接困难,最终未能真正解决企业技术难题,从而未能真实有效地促进企业创新发展,促进科技成果转化。因此,文章通过对企业技术需求的挖掘、评价与对接进行系统全面的分析,总结出一套企业技术需求挖掘的方法、提出一种评价技术需求的标准,从而解决目前挖掘方法没有针对性、对需求真伪性难辨的问题,提高科技成果转化的效率。

At present, the related science and technology service institutions has more and more demands on demand digging However, there is not a clear evaluation system and service standard to evaluate that whether the dug technology demand is suitable for the real need of enterprises and how to solve the technological problem to meet the technological need, which leads to the problem of easy demand acquisition, difficult demand matching and eventually leads to the failure in solving enterprise technological problem and thus failure in promoting enterprise innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Therefore, this article comprehensively analyzed the digging, evaluation and docking of enterprise technical requirements, summed up a set of digging methods of enterprise technological demand, put forward a kind of evaluation criteria of technical demand, so as to solve the problem of current digging method having no pertinence, difficulty in judge the demand and to improve the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
