等速驱动轴传动效率影响因素分析及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 传动系的阻力直接影响整车的燃油经济性,而驱动轴作为传动系中重要的零部件,为了降低某车型传动系阻力有必要对驱动轴进行研究.明确了驱动轴传动效率的影响因素,严格控制变量,采用控制变量法利用台架试验测试了不同的影响因素对驱动轴效率的影响.结果表明,驱动轴的传动效率与润滑脂的选取有较大关系,与万向节的制造精度、万向节钢球数量,以及驱动轴的输入转矩有正相关关系,与驱动轴的夹角成反比关系,而与驱动轴的输入转速则没有明确关系. The resistance of the driveline directly affects the fuel economy of vehicle. In order to reduce the resistance of the driveline, it is necessary to intensively study the drive shaft which is an important part in the driveline. Firstly the factors which influence the transmission efficiency of the drive shaft are identified and the variables are controlled strictly. Besides, using the control variation method the influences which the different factors have made on the efficiency of the drive shaft have been tested with the bench test. The result shows that the transmission efficiency of the drive shaft has a lot to do with the selection of the grease, and is positively related with the accuracy of manufacturing and the number of steel balls of the universal joint and the input torque of the drive shaft. However it is nega- tively related with the angle of the drive shaft, and has no specific relationship with the input rotation al velocity of the drive shaft.
