区域经济发展差距产生与扩大的机理研究——基于对苏浙豫皖四省的考察

A Research on the Mechanism of Regional Economic Development Gap——Based on Studies on Provinces of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Henan and Anhui

区域经济发展差距日益扩大已是有目共睹的事实,分析差距成因对促进欠发达地区经济发展具有重要的借鉴意义。文章选取江苏与浙江两省为较发达地区代表、河南与安徽两省为欠发达地区代表,利用1985~2015年数据,分析地区经济发展差距成因。研究发现:(1)固定资产投资差异是地区人均收入差异的主要因素。影响机理为:地区市场化改革力度决定了固定资产投资水平的差异,进而造成地区产业结构差异,有效的投资形成了具有国际核心竞争力的优势产业,促进了国内贸易和进出口,从而带动地区人均收入水平有效增长。(2)完整有序的工业化进程对区域产业结构优化升级至关重要。盲目追求三次产业的优化,缺乏成熟的工业化奠定的生产力基础,负面影响于地区经济发展。

As we know,regional economic development gap grew gradually.It is important for undeveloped regions to analyse the reason of the gap.In this paper,the author chose Jiangsu and Zhejiang as developed provinces,and Henan and Anhui as undeveloped provinces to analyze the reasons for regional development gap with historical data during 1985through 2015.The following were found:First,the difference in fixed asset investment is main reason that contributes to the difference in regional per capita income.The mechanism therein worked as below:the intensity of regional market reform decided the difference in fixed asset investment which leads to the differences in industrial mix between regions.Effective investments results in the competitive industries with international core competitiveness,promoting domestic and international trade that brought about the growth of regional per capita income;Secondly,complete and orderly industrialization is crucial to the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial mix.It influences the regional economic development negatively to blindly pursuit the optimization and upgrading of the three industries,but without the basis of production force established by mature industrialization.
