摘要
基于柔性直流实现供电分区互联,为解决受端城市电网的无功电压问题提供了有效手段。针对受端城市电网在不同运行方式下的无功电压特性,提出了以柔性直流为核心的无功电压控制策略。在轻负荷时段,通过柔性直流与传统无功源在调节时序上的协调,实现了对全局性高电压越限和无功倒送的校正控制。在重负荷时段,通过柔性直流与传统无功源的无功置换控制,提高了受端城市电网动态无功支撑能力。将该控制策略应用于自动电压控制系统,并通过实际算例验证表明,该方法能够满足受端城市电网在不同负荷水平下的无功电压运行控制要求,有效提高无功电压质量。
Power supply partitions interconnected with flexible DC is an effective method to solve the reactive power and voltage problem of receiving-end urban power grid. Aiming at reactive power and voltage characteristics of receiving-end urban power grid under different operation mode, we propose a reactive power and voltage control strategy around flexi- ble DC. During light load period, through the coordination between flexible DC and traditional reactive power equipment on regulation sequence, the correction control of global over high voltage and reactive power over compensation is real-ized. During heavy load period, through reactive power replacement control between flexible DC and traditional reactive power equipment, the dynamic reactive power support capacity of receiving-end urban power grid is improved. This con- trol strategy has been applied to automatic voltage control(AVC) system, and the practical example results show that the method can meet the requirements of reactive power and voltage operation control at different load levels of receiv- ing-end urban power grid, and the quality of reactive power and voltage can be improved effectively.
