基于支路势能函数失步判据的华中电网失步解列策略 被引量:2

摘要 现有的失步解列装置缺乏信息共享,失步断面各支路常常不能同时解列,进而导致振荡中心迁移,无法正确解列。为了保证失步解列装置能准确解列失步断面,按照省间调度分区和省内同调分群的思路,提出首先通过离线数字仿真确定系统断面解列方案策略表,然后以支路暂态势能指标作为断面两端系统失步的实时判据,在线查询系统断面解列方案策略表,从而确定系统解列方案,并对华中电网典型解列算例进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:支路势能函数作为解列判据能够有效识别系统失步断面,利用所提出的失步解列策略能够有效避免同一断面不同回路就地解列判据动作不一致造成的振荡中心迁移问题,也能保证振荡中心落在省内时解列装置正确动作。研究结果可为电网失步解列提供参考。 The existing out-of-step splitting criteria are lack of information sharing, thus each branch of step-out section often cannot splitting simultaneously, causing that the oscillation center migration can not correctly split. In order to en- sure that out-of-step protection equipment can accurately split the out-of-step section, according to the idea of inter-provincial scheduling partition and provincial homology grouping, we first proposed to determine strategy table of system section splitting through offiine digital simulation, then to regard branches transient potential energy indicators as real-time criterion of desynchronization of two-end system section, and proposed that the system splitting scheme should be determined by online query of strategy table of system section splitting. Taking Central China power grid as a typical example, we simulated and analyzed the strategy to verify its validity. The simulation results show that the branches po- tential energy function can effectively identify the out-of-step section of the system, and the proposed out-of-step solution can effectively avoid the oscillation center migration caused by the out-of-step protection equipment of the different sec- tion working at different time, the strategy can also ensure the out-of-step protection equipment correctly works when the oscillation center falls in the province. The research results can provide references for the out-of-step splitting of the grid.
