从我国的现代化进程考察人的现代化问题,不仅需要实现经济、政治、文化方面的现代化,且要实现人的现代化,特别在民族地区实现人的思想观念的现代化则是尤为关键的一环。新疆具有浓厚的宗教文化传统,要实现人的现代化,不能单靠社会主义核心价值观的宣传教育,同时需要针对新疆传统宗教文化的现代转型,并有步骤有层次实现人的思想价值观念的现代化。对民族地区"人的现代化"思想价值观念转变的深刻内涵、时代价值、及其实现路径等进行探索,为实现人从传统到现代转变提供一个分析视角。
