农业供给侧改革视角下西部民族地区特色产业发展研究——以麻江蓝莓产业为例

Research on the Development of Characteristic Industries in Western Nationality Areas from the Perspective of Agricultural Supply Side Reform:Taken the Blueberry Industry in Majiang County as an Example

产业融合发展是民族地区未来特色产业发展的方向。麻江蓝莓产业发展以市场为导向,产业集聚效应凸显,已成为区域性优势主导产业;然而,麻江蓝莓特色产业发展面临着产业基础薄弱、农特产品深加工不足、龙头企业带动力不强、市场拓展空间狭窄的发展困境。立足农业供给侧结构性改革的基本要求,文章从产业基础设施、深加工产业链、新型农业经营主体、产业融合发展方面探讨了西部民族地区特色产业发展的对策建议,以期推动西部民族地区特色农产品更有效率供给和特色产业精准脱贫工程。

The convergence development of characteristic industries is the future direction of industrial development in ethnic minority areas. The market-oriented development of blueberry industry in Majiang has highlighted the effect of industrial agglomeration and the blueberry industry has become a regional advantage leading industries, however, the development of characteristic industries in majiang is facing four difficuhies. Therefore, based on the basic requirements of the agricultural supply side reform, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the more efficient supply of agricultural product and the precision poverty alleviation project of characteristic industries in western nationality areas.
