三种动物组织芯片制备及其在教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 组织芯片在科学研究、临床诊断上的应用已较为广泛,近年来也逐步被应用到医学形态学教学,但是在动物形态学上的研究和应用并不多见。本文采用组织芯片技术,制备畜牧生产上常见的三种动物(猪、鸡、鸭)全身组织器官的组织芯片,并运用到动物形态学实验教学中,与传统切片的教学方法进行比较、分析。制备的鸡组织芯片涵盖了11种器官,鸭组织芯片涵盖了13种器官,猪组织芯片涵盖了14种器官。3种动物组织芯片在动物形态学实验教学上的应用结果表明,组织芯片可以大大节省学生更换切片的时间,增加各器官的对比观察,提高教学效果。 Tissue microarray has a wildly used in scientific research and clinical diagnosis. It is also applied in teaching area of medical morphology in recent years. But it isn't wildly applied in animal morphology. This study wanted to prepare the tissue microarray of three kinds of animal (chick, duck, pig) and applied it into the teaching of animal morphology, then we compared the effect of the two teaching. The results showed that the tissue microarray of three kinds of animal was successfully prepared. The tissue microarray of chick included 11 tissues. The tissue microarray of duck included 13 tissues. The tissue microarray of pig included 14 tissues. And the application of tissue microarray in teaching showed that the tissue microarray instead of tissue slice could save the time for students to replace slices and increase the teaching effects.
