五相容错式磁通切换永磁电机SVPWM控制

摘要 五相容错式磁通切换永磁(FT-FSPM)电机是一种新型多相永磁无刷电机。分析了五相电机工作原理和空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的32个空间电压矢量,并以第二扇区为例,采用相邻最近四矢量算法推导了该电机的开关顺序表和电压作用时间,并对开关时间和扇区进行了仿真,设计了基于SVPWM的五相FT-FSPM电机控制策略,搭建了系统实验平台,仿真和实验结果表明,该方法可以有效实现五相FT-FSPM电机系统控制,并具有较好的动态性能。 Five-phase fault-tolerant flux-switching permanent-magnet (FT-FSPM) motor is a new class of multi-phase permanent-magnet brushless machine, offering high efficiency and high reliability. The motor working principle and 32 space voltage vectors based on space vector pulse width modulation were analyzed. Moreover, the second sector was used as an ex- ample to deduce the switching sequence table and the voltage action time of the FT-FSPM motor in detail based on the next four vectors. Switching time and the sector were verified by the simulation system. Motor control strategy based on SVPWM five-phase FT-FSPM was designed and experimental platform was built. Simulations and experimental results verify that the proposed control strategy can improve the dynamic performance of the five-phase FT-FSPM motor system.
