国际卫生海港创建模型的思考

Consideration on Establishment Model of International Sanitary Port

国际卫生港创建已逐渐成为中国卫生能力在国际舞台上的重要展示,也是检验检疫部门提升公共卫生管控水平的重要平台,国务院、质检总局都对其给予了高度重视。福建省福州保税港区在迎接世界卫生组织官员检查的过程中,得到了其＂可以向全球推广＂的高度肯定,本文从福州保税港区在口岸核心能力建设的经验出发,针对性构架国际卫生港创建机制,逐项提升口岸公共卫生水平,以为后来者提供必要的借鉴。

International sanitary port has become an important way to show health ability of China at the global stage. It is also a platform to upgrade the public health management capacity of inspection and quarantine department. Both State Council and General Administration of Quality Supervision have paid great attention. When Fuzhou Free Trade Port accepted the inspection of WHO officer, it is credited as ＂be recommended to the world＂. Being based on the establishment experience of core capacity, this article builds a system of international sanitary port to gradually promote public health level at port and provide reference for other ports latter.
