摘要
目的了解首都机场口岸食品进口情况及其监管工作。方法对2014-2016年首都机场口岸食品进口情况进行分析。结果首都机场口岸进口食品批次不合格率维持5.0%左右,不同年份批次不合格率差异无显著性意义(χ~2=2.031,P〉0.05);乳与乳制品(χ~2=10.397,P〈0.05)及特殊食品(χ~2=12.370,P〈0.05)不同年份批次不合格率差异有显著性意义。结论首都机场口岸进口食品量稳中有升,批次不合格率基本保持稳定,个别产品质量有所提升。可以从监管模式、人员培养、信息化建设和资源共享等方面,进一步加强口岸进口食品监管工作。
Objective To know the current situation and administrative status of imported food products at the port of Beijing Capital International Airport(BCIA). Method During Jan 2014 to Dec 2016, we have sampled imported foods that boarded at PBCA for quality evaluation. Results During 2014 to 2016, the unqualified rates of imported food maintained at 5.0%. There were no statistical significance of unqualified rates between different years(χ~2=2.03,P〉0.05). However, the unqualified rates of imported dairy and specialized food products significantly varied between different years(P 〈0.05)(χ~2=10.40 and 12.37, respectively). Conclusion The quantity of imported foods has slightly increased. Though the quality of some products had improved, the qualities of imported foods are insignificant changed by different years. The supervision of imported food should be improved and strengthened through improving pattern of administration, training of professionals, construction and optimization of information and resource sharing systems.
