Multi-mode thinking on innovation training of electronic speciality in “Internet +” era

"互联网+"时代除了为人才培养模式带来了更多的机遇和更广阔的空间之外,也带来了全新的挑战。为迎接新的人才需求变化,高校在大学生创新创业能力训练应开辟新的实践战场,并实施更加多元化的训练模式。为此,文章结合"互联网+"时代的新兴产业技术,基于南京邮电大学电子类专业的现实情况,对新形势下"国家大学生创新创业训练计划"的改革方向和多元模式进行探讨。

＂Internet ＋＂ era for talent training model has not only brought more opportunities and broader space, but also brought new challenges. In order to meet the new talent demand change, universities should open up a new practice field in students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship ability training and implement more diversified training models. To this end, based on the practical situation of electronic specialty in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the article combines the ＂Internet ＋＂ era of new industry technology and discusses the reform direction and multiple models of ＂national undergraduates innovation and entrepreneurship training program＂ under the current situation.
