摘要 针对复合材料层合板三钉单剪连接,文章研究了间隙配合与无间隙配合、同直径与变直径共3种配合方式对钉载分配的影响。通过与试验结果的对比,文章验证了所采用的有限元方法的有效性。结果表明,随载荷增加,不同配合方式的钉载分配都是在变化的,钉载从一开始较重的不均匀逐渐减轻;变直径的配合方式的连接极限载荷最大,且最终钉载比例最大差值为6%,是3种配合方式中的最优构型。 Aiming at the single-shear connection of composite laminates, this paper studied the effect of three kinds of cooperation with gap and non-gap, same diameter and variable diameter on the distribution of nail load. By comparing with the experimental results, the article validates the effectiveness of the finite element method. The results showed that with the increase of load, the distribution of the nail load of the different mating methods was changing, and became more uniform which was severe nonuniformity at initial stage. The joint of the variable diameter got the maximum ultimate load, and the maximum difference between the the load distribution was 6% at final stage, which was the optimal configuration of the three fitting modes.
