跨座式单轨作业车转向架构架动载试验及疲劳强度分析

摘要 以某公司最新研制的CZ200跨座式单轨作业车为研究对象,基于重庆轨道交通3号线中金渝至童家院子区段的多工况线路测试,进一步对单轨车转向架构架的结构应力进行试验评估。首先,建立转向架构架的有限元模型,经结构静强度分析和模态分析,确定构架应力较大部位及动态特性,合理布置测点;然后测量构架危险部位在牵引平直线、牵引弯道、牵引加速、牵引上坡以及加配重等各典型工况下,构架的动应力时间历程,通过线路动应力对构架进行静强度评估;最后,采用疲劳分析软件n Soft对构架进行全寿命疲劳分析,得到构架的疲劳损伤分布。测试结果表明,构架的动态特性、静强度、疲劳强度均满足设计要求。 Based on a newly developed CZ200 straddle type monorail vehicle of a company, combined with multiple line testing in Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 from Tong yard to Jinyu, structure stress of the monorail vehicle bogie frame is further evaluated through the test data. Firstly, a finite element model of the bogie frame is established. Through structural static strength analysis and modal analysis, determine the greater stress position and dynamic characteristics to arrange the measuring points reasonably. Then, the dynamic stress time history of the bogie frame under typical operating conditions is measured, such as traction flat straight line, traction curve, traction acceleration, traction uphill as well as the configuration, etc. The static strength evaluation of the frame is carried out by the dynamic stress of the line. Finally, fatigue analysis software n Soft is used to analyze the fatigue life of the frame, and the fatigue damage distribution is obtained. The test results show that the dynamic characteristics, static strength and fatigue life of the structure meet the design requirements.
