摘要 文章介绍了出口埃及不锈钢客车车体结构执行标准、总体方案、主要参数和车体断面设计原则;阐述了车顶、侧墙、底架和端墙的结构特点。对车体进行了静强度计算和模态分析,结果显示车体各部位计算应力值均低于所用材料的许用应力,最大垂向载荷下车体垂向变形小于两转向架支撑点间距值的1‰,整备车体一阶垂向弯曲自振频率与转向架自振频率比值符合标准要求。对首辆车进行了静强度试验,试验结果表明车体强度符合UIC 566标准。 This paper presents the relevant standards, overall schemes, main parameters and car body transection of stainless steel vehicle exported to Egypt, and expounds the structure characteristics of roof, sidewalls, underframe and end walls. Static strength calculation and modal analysis of car body are performed. The results demonstrate that calculated stresses of all parts are lower than permissible stresses of corresponding materials. Vertical deformation of car body under maximum vertical load is less than one thousandth of the distance between support points of two bogies. The ratio of first vertical bending frequency of a fully equipped car to that of bogies accords with the requirements of standards. Static strength test are performed. Test results show that car body structure fulfills the requirements of UIC 566.
