比索洛尔对下呼吸道感染患者肺功能及相关炎症介质的影响研究

摘要 目的探讨比索洛尔对下呼吸道感染患者肺功能及相关炎症介质的影响研究。方法选取我院2015年10月~2016年10月的60例下呼吸道感染患者,将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,治疗组患者发病24 h内在对照组的基础上使用比索洛尔进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%)等肺功能情况,观察两组患者白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)等相关炎症介质水平。结果治疗后两组患者肺功能及相关炎症介质水平均较治疗前改善,治疗组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、PCT水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔治疗下呼吸道感染,能够明显改善患者肺功能,有效降低患者相关炎症介质水平,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the effects of bisoprolol on pulmonary function and inflammatory mediators in patients with lower respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 60 patients with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospi- tal from October 2015 to October 2016 were collected, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group (n=30). Patients of control group were treated with conventional therapy. The treatment group was treated with bisoprolol for 24 hours on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were observed in the first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1), forced expiratory volume in the first second accounted for the ratio of forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1%). The levels of interleukin 6(IL-6), in- terleukin (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), procalcitonin(PCT) and other inflammatory mediators were ob- served of the two groups. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with pulmonary function and inflammatory mediators were improved than before treatment. The FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEV1% of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and PCT of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol of the treatment of patients with lower respiratory tract infection could significantly improve the lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory mediators, it is worthy of popularization and application.
