摘要
目的探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤在异位妊娠治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2015年9月~2017年1月在我院进行治疗的异位妊娠患者92例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组行甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、包块直径、治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果治疗7 d后,观察组血β-HCG及包块直径[(1200.49±126.18)IU/L、(1.51±0.35)cm]明显低于对照组[(1368.33±122.48)IU/L、(2.13±0.45)cm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(93.48%)明显高于对照组(73.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(15.22%)明显低于对照组(34.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予异位妊娠患者米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者血β-HCG及包块直径,减少不良反应,进一步提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the application effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 92 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to January 2017 were divided into observation group(n=46) and control group (n=46) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with methotrexate. The observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate. The levels of serum human chorionie gonadotropin (β-HCG), the diameter of the pellets, the therapeutic effect and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treat- ment for 7 days, the level of blood β-HCG [(1200.49±126.18)IU/L] and the diameter of the mass[(1.51±0.35) cm] were significantly lower than those in the control group[(1368.33±122.48) IU/L, (2.13±0.45)cm], and the difference was signifi- cant(P〈0.05). The effective rate (93.48%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.91%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the ob- servation group (15.22%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (34.78%), and the difference was statis- tically signifieant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is effective, which can effectively improve the blood β-HCG and the diameter of the mass, reduce the adverse reaction and improve the therapeutic effect further.
