左旋氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压疗效及不良反应的临床分析

Clinical analysis of efficacy and adverse effects of levamlodipine in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension

目的观察与探讨左旋氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压的疗效及不良反应。方法选取2014年3月~2017年3月期间于本院就诊及治疗的100例轻中度高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例,对照组患者予氨氯地平治疗,观察组患者予左旋氨氯地平治疗,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率与对照组患者比较,组间差异不明显(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后的收缩压、舒张压与对照组患者比较,组间差异明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的头晕头痛、疲劳、脚踝水肿、心悸等不良反应总发生率与对照组患者比较,组间差异明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗满意度与对照组患者比较,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对轻中度高血压患者应用左旋氨氯地平治疗的效果较好,不良反应较少,具有一定的安全性。

Objective To observe and explore the efficacy and adverse effects of levamlodipine in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension. Methods 100 patients with mild to moderate hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given amlodipine, and patients in the observation group were given levamlodipine. The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was compared with that in the control group, and the difference between groups was not significant（P〉0.05）. The difference in systolic and dias- tolic blood pressure between the observation group and the control group after the treatment was significant （P〈0.05）. The overall incidence rates of dizziness, headache, fatigue, ankle edema, palpitations and other adverse reactions in the observation group were compared with those in the control group, and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. The sat- isfaetion with the treatment was compared between the observation group and the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of levamlodipine in the patients with mild to moderate hypertension is better, the adverse reactions are less, and there is a certain safety.
