急性心梗介入治疗术后患者的心理护理效果观察

Effect of psychological nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy

目的探讨急性心梗介入治疗术后患者的心理护理效果。方法选取我院2015年6月~2016年10月间收治的60例急性心梗并行介入治疗的患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组、对照组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予常规护理、心理护理,比较两组患者的临床效果,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者左心室射血分数、左心室短轴缩短率、二尖瓣口舒张期E峰速度显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对于护理工作的满意度为93.3%,对照组为76.7%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过给予心理护理可提高急性心梗介入治疗术后患者的治疗效果,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction af- ter interventional therapy. Methods 60 patients with AMI treated by interventional therapy in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine care. The observation group received routine care and psychological care. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the statistical analysis was con- ducted. Results The left ventricular ejection fraction, the left ventricular shortening fraction and the mitral E peak di- astolic velocity of the observation group were much better than the control group, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）. The observation group＇s satisfaction rate for nursing work was 93.3%. That of the control group was 76.7%. The satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group, the difference was sta- tistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing can improve the curative effect of the patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy and the patients＇ satisfaction with the nursing work.
