摘要 全部使用机制砂制备高性能灌浆料,就机制砂中石粉含量对全机制砂灌浆料性能影响进行了比较系统地研究。研究表明:该全机制砂高性能灌浆料,将水粉比控制为0.12,灌浆料的初始流动度可达330 mm以上,30 min流动度可达320 mm以上,1、3、28 d抗压强度分别≥60、≥80、≥85 MPa,3 h膨胀率、3与24 h膨胀率之差分别满足0.1%~3.5%、0.02%~0.5%的要求,完全达到预定的性能指标要求。 In this paper it plasters high performance grouting material with full manufactured sand. The effects of powder content on high performance grouting material with manufactured sand are studied systematically. The results show that high performance grouting material with full manufactured sand has the initial fluidity of ≥330 mm and the 30 min fluidity of ≥320 mm and compression strength of 1 d,3 d,28 d being ≥60 MPa and ≥80 MPa and ≥85 MPa and 3 h expansion rate,the difference between 3 h and 24 h expansion rate part meet the requirements of 0. 1% ~ 3. 5% and 0. 02% ~ 0. 5%,when the water/powder ratio is 0. 12,completely meeting the requirements of expected performance index.
