摘要
为了提高多年冻土区沥青路面的长期使用性能,改善橡胶沥青混合料的施工和易性、延长施工季节。系统研究了温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料的配合比设计方法、工厂化生产参数,对比了Evotherm DAT、Sasobit、Aspha-min三种温拌橡胶沥青混合料路用性能的差异,并将其与SBS改性沥青混合料进行了对比。试验研究结果表明:用于多年冻土区的温拌橡胶改性沥青中适宜的橡胶粉掺量为22%,推荐采用"等空隙率法"确定温拌橡胶粉改性沥青混合料的摊铺碾压温度。掺加温拌剂可改善橡胶沥青混合料的高温性能,但也会对低温性能造成不利影响。工程实践表明,采用Evotherm-DAT温拌剂后能够延长橡胶改性沥青混合料施工季节2~4个月,降低了施工单位的机械、人力成本,拓宽单个拌合楼的供料半径,有效保障了施工质量,温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料在多年冻土区推广应用前景广阔。
In order to improve the long-term use of pavement performance,improve the construction workability, and extend the construction season of rubber asphalt mixture in permafrost regions. System the design method,factory production parameters,and compared the road performance of Evotherm DAT、Sasobit、Aspha-min three difference warm rubber modified asphalt mixture,and with the SBS modified asphalt mixture are compared. results show that used in permafrost regions of warm mix rubber modified asphalt suitable rubber powder content is 22%, " equal void method" is recommended for the determined temperature of mixing rubber powder modified asphalt mixture paving rolling temperature. Mixing heating mixed agent can improve the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt mixture,but also has adverse effects on the low temperature performance. Engineering practice shows that using Evotherm DAT-agent can prolong rubber modified asphalt mixture construction season 2 ~ 4 months,reduces the machinery,the human cost of the construction unit,broaden the radius of a single batch floor of feed,effectively guarantee the construction quality,warm rubber modified asphalt mixture in permafrost regions promoted application prospect.
