摘要
从轻质陶粒的研制和废物资源化利用的研究方向出发,通过单因素实验确定了最佳原料配比和最佳烧制温度范围,然后设计正交实验方案,以陶粒滤料的吸水率、颗粒表观密度为指标,得到了最佳烧制温度和最佳原料配比。并以新型陶粒为载体,采用人工配水启动序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR),通过检测出水水质,综合评价了新型陶粒滤料在污水处理方面的效能。
Based on the development of lightweight ceramsite and waste resource utilization research direction, the op- timum ratio of raw materials and the best calcined temperature range were decided by measuring the water absorption and surface density of the materials in orthogonal and single-factor experiments. This paper investigated the applica- tion of new carrier--sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) fed with a synthetic municipal wastewater in order to e- valuate the efficiency of wastewater treatment by new carrier.
