摘要 以柠檬酸生产废水二级厌氧出水为处理对象进行了厌氧消化处理实验,分别从COD、产气量、挥发性脂肪酸三个方面研究了微量元素Co对柠檬酸废水产甲烷的影响。结果表明:在72h时实验处理结果基本稳定,当Co2+浓度为0.5mg/L时,COD的去除率达到64%,产气效果最好;日产气量最高达到105mL,其中甲烷含量约为56%,单位产甲烷速率为4LCH_4/kg COD,不同浓度的投加量,对柠檬酸废水产气具有不同的影响。 The effect of trace element Co on methane production from citric acid wastewater was studied from four as pects: COD, gas production and volatile fatty acid. The effects of trace element Co on methane production from citric acid wastewater were studied in this study. The results showed that the results of the experimental treatment were stable at 72 h. When the concentration of Co2+ was 0.5 mg/ L, the removal rate of COD was 64% and the gas production was the best. Daily production was up to 105mL per day, among which methane content was about 56% and the unit methane rate was 4LCH4 / KgCOD. Different concentrations of dosing amount have different effects on the production of citric acid wastewater.
