摘要
以云南省某电池厂遗留场地为例,根据《污染场地风险评估技术导则》(HJ25.3-2014)对其进行了场地调查及风险评估。结果表明:该场地作为商业开发用地,土壤中镍对人体有致癌风险和非致癌危害,重金属锌对人体有非致癌危害,且均在可接受风险水平内;场地主要污染物为铅,土壤中铅的修复目标为400mg/kg,修复范围为场区车间内,修复面积160m2,修复深度0.56m,修复土方量89.6m3。
The environmental site investigation and health risk assessment were performed for the remaining site of a relocated battery factory according to Technical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Contaminated Site (HJ 25.3- 2014). The results showed thatthe site as a business development land, the soil in the site was carcinogenic and non - carcinogenic to the human body. Heavy metal zinc has non- carcinogenic harm to human bodyand both of themwere within the acceptable level of risk. Lead was the main pollutants of the site, the repair of lead in soil target was 400 mg/kg. The repair area is field workshop; the repair area is 160 m2 ; the repair depth is 0.56m and the earthwork is 89.6 m3.
