摘要
采用自制的密闭旋转仪器,在前期基础上制备了聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)温敏性凝胶,以提高聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺的温敏性。在以聚乙二醇400为致孔剂情况下,对影响温敏凝胶成型的因素如旋转速度、交联剂含量、引发剂含量、致孔剂含量进行了初步探索,结果表明:在亲水环境下,ωBIS=5%(w/w)、ωAPS=1%(w/w)、VPEG400=2mL、转速100r/min的条件下进行旋转反应可获得较理想的温敏凝胶。
Thermosensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)hydrogel was prepared on the basis of the previous closed homemade airtight rotary instrument in order to improve its temperature sensitivity. In the case of polyethylene gly- col 400 (PEG400) as pore forming agent, this experiment made a primary exploration to factors that affected the sha- ping of thermosensitive hydrogel, such as rotating speed, content of the crosslinker N, Nrmethylenebisacrylam- ide,the initiator ammonium persulfate and PEG400. The results indicated that ideal thermosensitive hydrogel can be formed under 5% of the crosslinker, 1% of the initiator, 2mL of PEG400 and 100rpm of rotating speed in the hydro- philic environment.
