射干麻黄汤加减联合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘发作期患者肺功能改善及生活质量的影响

Effect of Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on the Improvement of Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Bronchial Asthma during Attack

目的:观察射干麻黄汤加减联合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘发作期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取支气管哮喘发作期患者97例,随机分为两组,对照组48例采用穴位敷贴治疗,研究组49例采用射干麻黄汤加减与穴位敷贴联合治疗,两组均持续治疗30d。对比两组肺功能指标及生活质量评分。结果:治疗前两组用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、呼气峰流速百分比(PEFR%)及生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组FVC、FEV1%、PEFR%及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合采用射干麻黄汤加减与穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘发作期患者,可明显改善其肺功能及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with acupoint application on the improvement of pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma during attack. Methods 97 cases of bronchial asthma grouped according to the filing time, 48 cases of control group were treated by acupoint application, research group of 49 pa- tients using sheganmahuang Decoction add and subtract with acupoint application therapy, 2 groups were treated with 30d. Pulmonary function and quality of life scores were compared between the 2 groups. Results There was no significant difference between the 2 groups before treatment in the forced vital capacity （FVC）, percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second （FEVI % ）, peak ex- piratory flow rate （ PEFR% ） and quality of life score （ P 〈 0.05 ）, after treatment, the FVC, FEVI%, PEFR% and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion The combination of Sheganmahuang decoction add and subtract and Acupoint Application in the treatment of bronchial asthma pa- tients can significantly improve their lung function and quality of life.
