整体性康复训练在改善偏瘫患者肢体功能及提高日常生活能力中的作用

目的探讨整体性康复训练在改善偏瘫患者肢体功能及提高日常生活能力中的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2016年12月在我院接受治疗的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予整体性康复训练。比较两组的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数以及生活质量评分。结果两组干预后的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、生活质量评分均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中偏瘫患者整体性康复训练可显著改善患者的肢体功能及生活质量,提高日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic rehabilitation training on improving limb function and improving daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia.Methods 60 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects,all patients were divided into the study group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases） according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was given holistic rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Fugl-Meyer, Barthel index and quality of life after intervention in the two groups was significantly higher than that before intervention,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The scores of Fugl-Meyer,Barthel index and quality of life after intervention in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）,Conclusion Holistic rehabilitation training for stroke patients with hemiplegia can significantly improve the limb function and life quality of patients,and improve their daily living ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
