摘要
目的探析尿CD80检验在儿童微小病变肾病(MCD)与局灶节段肾小球硬化(FSGS)中的临床应用价值。方法选择2014年10月~2016年12月我院所收治的30例MCD患儿为本次研究的MCD组,选同期我院收治的30例FSGS患儿为本次研究的FSGS组,另选同期来我院体检的30例健康儿童为本次研究的对照组。对三组患儿尿CD80检验结果进行对比。结果在尿CD80水平上,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并且MCD发作期与缓解期患儿在尿CD80上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而MCD初治患儿及FSGS患儿比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿CD80在微小病变肾病与局灶节段肾小球硬化患儿体内的含量有较大差异,因此可作为两种疾病的鉴别方式。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of urine CD80 test in the minimal change disease （MCD） and focal segmental glomeruloselerosis （FSGS） in children.Methods 30 children with MCD in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2016 were selected for this study,30 children with FSGS were selected for the study,30 healthy children were selected for the study in the same period.The results of CD80 test in three groups were compared.Results In the urine CD80 level,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） there was statistically significant difference between the children with stage of onset and remittent of MCD;and there was no statistically significant difference between the stage of attack and catabatic period children （P〉0.05）.Condusion The content of urine CD80 in the children with tiny nephropathy and reversible focal renal glomerulus sclerosis can be used as the identification of two diseases.
