桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对激素水平和血液流变学的影响

Effect of GuizhiFuling Pills combined with Mifepristone on hysteromyoma and its influence on hormone level and hemorheology

目的研究桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的治疗效果及对激素水平和血液流变学的影响。方法选取2015年8月~2016年8月我院治疗的100例子宫肌瘤患者,按照简单随机化分为实验组和对照组,各50例。实验组在米非司酮治疗基础上联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗,对照组单用米非司酮治疗,对比两组患者3个月疗程后的治疗效果,比较两组患者治疗前后子宫肌瘤平均体积改变、激素水平改变及血液流变指标改变。结果治疗后两组比较,实验组总有效率(92.0%)明显高于对照组(78.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组子宫肌瘤体积比较,实验组显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率均显著降低,且实验组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的治疗效果更优,更能有效减小子宫肌瘤体积,降低LH、FSH、P、E2水平,改善全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率等血液流变学指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of GuizhiFuling Pills combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma and its influence on hormone levels and hemorheology.Methods From August 2015 to August 2016,100 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into experimental group and control group according to the simple randomization.In the experimental group,patients were treated with Mifepristone combined with GuizhiFuling Pills.In the control group,only Mifepristone was used.The therapeutic effect after 3-month courses of treatment was compared.Besides,the average size of uterine fibroids,the change of hormone levels,and the change of hemorheology in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After therapy,the total effective rate was 92.0% in the experimental group,much higher than that in the control group （78.0%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the size of uterine fibroids after therapy in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The indexes of blood viscosity,plasmaviscosity,hematocrit and platelet aggregation rate were significantly lower after therapy compared with those before treatment,and those indexes in the experimental group were greatly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of GuizhiFuling Pills and Mifepristone can obtain an optimal effect on treating uterine fibroids.h reduces the size of hysteromyoma,decreases the levels of LH,FSH,P,and E2,as well as the hemodynamic indexes including blood viscosity,plasmaviscosity,hematocrit and platelet aggregation rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
