品管圈在护理服务质量管理中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle in nursing service quality management

目的探讨品管圈在护理服务质量管理中的应用效果,为临床护理工作模式提供参考依据。方法随机选取2015年9月~2016年9月在我院工作的护理人员40名为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组20名。观察组采用品管圈工作模式,对照组采用常规的管理和工作模式。比较两组的工作效率、患者护理满意度、医用耗材使用情况。结果观察组护理人员工作总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度为100.0%,明显高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医用耗材的有效使用率为88.47%,高于对照组的76.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈工作模式能够显著提高护理人员的工作效率,提高患者的护理满意度,使护理管理模式更规范,适合在临床护理中推广运用。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle （QCC） in nursing service quality management,and to provide reference for clinical nursing mode.Methods From September 2015 to September 2016,40 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the observation group （n=20） and control group （n=20）.The observation group was given QCC working model,while the control group was given the routine management and working model.Work efficiency,the satisfaction degree of patients and medical consumables use between the two groups were compared.Results The working efficiency of nursing staff in the observation group was 100.0%,which was much higher than that of the control group （70.00%） with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction degree was 100.0% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.00%） with a great difference （P〈0.05）.The effective use rate of medical consumables in the observation group was 88.47%,which was higher than that of the control group （76.61%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Quality control circle work model can significantly improve the work efficiency of nursing staff, improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing,and make the nursing management model more standardized,and it is suitable for promotion and use for clinical nursing.
