健康信念模式对肝胆手术患者的影响

Influence of health belief model on patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery

目的探讨健康信念模式对肝胆手术患者的影响。方法分析我院普外科2014年1月~2016年12月收治的肝胆手术患者92例的临床资料,依据是否实施健康信念模式进行分组,对照组42例和健康信念模式组50例。观察两组患者护理前后的疼痛指数评分、Spitzer生活质量指数(PQLI)评分,观察两组患者的健康教育知晓率、护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前的疼痛指数评分、Spitzer PQLI评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组的疼痛指数评分低于治疗前,Spitzer PQLI评分均高于治疗前,健康信念模式组护理后的疼痛指数评分低于对照组,Spitzer PQLI评分高于对照组,健康教育知晓率、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康信念模式应用于肝胆手术患者可以缓解患者术后疼痛,提高其生活质量、健康教育知晓率、护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of health belief model on patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery in department of general surgery from January 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed.All the patients were divided into two groups according to the implementation of health belief model：there were 42 cases in control group and 50 cases in healthy belief model group.The pain index score and Spitzer physical quality of life index （PQLI） score before and after nursing of patients with hepatobiliary surgery in the two groups were observed.The patients＇ awareness rate of health education and the degree of nursing satisfaction of patients with hepatobiliary surgery in the two groups were observed.Results There were no statistical difference of pain index score and Spitzer PQLI score of patients with hepatobiliary surgery before nursing between the two groups （P〉0.05）.After nursing,the pain index score of two groups was significantly lower than that before nursing, while Spitzer PQLI score of two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the pain index score of health belief model group was significantly lower than that of control group,Spitzer PQLI score of health belief model group was higher than that of control group,and the patients＇ awareness rate of health education and the degree of nursing satisfaction of health belief model group were higher than those of control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of health belief model in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery can relieve postoperative pain,improve the quality of life,health education awareness and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
