摘要
为了获得影响大学生就业质量的关键因素,通过对石家庄市属高校的学生的调查,使用层次分析法对影响因素进行了分析,结果显示应用层次分析法所得结果与问卷直接分析结果一致,表明学生价值观在就业质量自我评价中发挥着重要作用,同时也验证了层次分析法是分析影响大学生就业质量的关键因素的有效工具。
In order to get the key influence factors the of the college students' employment quality,the authors investigated the Shijiazhuang municipal universities and analyzed the questionnaire survey by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method.The result shows that the value play an important role in self-evaluation of employment quality,moreover the Analytic Hierarchy Process method is shown to be a powerful tool in this kind of studies.
