摘要
文章基于AHP(层次分析法)和模糊综合评判法建立了一套专门针对高职师范生教育实习的量化评价指标体系,以闽江师范高等专科学校为例,通过过程性、多元化的评价手段,检验学生的实习效果,并对量化数据进行分析并提出改进的方向,为高职师范生实习指标的建立和应用提供一套可操作的方法理论。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system especially for the vocational normal college students' teaching practice based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy process) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, We study the students in the department of primary education of MinJiang Teachers College and survey the teaching practice effects through Formative and Multiple Assessments Theory based on the Index System. We make some suggestions for the improvement through the analysis of the quantitative data. This process provides an operable theory and method for construction and application of the vocational normal college students ' teaching practice.
