初等教育专业师范生教学技能现状分析及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 以实地调研为基础,通过对泉州幼儿师范高等专科学校等校的教育专业师范生抽样调查,以课前、课中、课后为主线,从教学设计技能、课堂教学基本功技能、课堂教学实施技能、教学反思技能等四个维度,对初等教育专业师范生教学技能的现状进行分析,并在此基础上提出建议:借鉴中师特色,强化教学基本功;调整课程结构,优化理论课与实践课比例;统合理论建构与技能实训,实现学以致用;加强与小学合作,紧跟课改步伐。 On the basis of field research, this paper makes a sample survey of the students majoring in elementary education in Quanzhou Preschool Education College. Taking before class,in class and after class as the main line, from four dimensions of the teaching design skills, classroom teaching basic skills, classroom teaching implementation skills and reflective teaching skills, this paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching skills of elementary education majors and puts forward some suggestions--use the characteristics of the secondary normal school for reference to strengthen the teaching basic skills; adjust the curriculum structure to optimize the proportion of theory and practice courses; integrate theory and practice to strengthen the skills training; strengthen cooperation with primary school to follow the pace of curriculum reform.
