摘要外周中心静脉置管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheterization,PICC）是一种经过外周静脉穿刺置管,将导管尖端置入上腔静脉或锁骨下静脉内的置管技术。因其操作便捷、留置时间长、并发症少的优点,已被国内外临床广泛应用,尤其适用于肿瘤患者的治疗。本院从2013年开设PICC专科门诊,接受不同医院置管的PICC患者的维护工作,于2016年10月15日门诊拔管时1例骨肉瘤术后化疗患者体内断管的护理经验总结报道如下。
