干式除尘系统在全岩大巷掘进中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前我国煤矿普遍采用湿式除尘设备对综掘工作面粉尘进行抽尘净化;但对于全岩巷道综掘工作面,湿式除尘设备不能有效解决粉尘治理问题。阳煤集团新景煤矿芦南辅运全岩大巷综掘施工中,使用新近研发的干式除尘系统对综掘工作面进行除尘,巷道除尘率达到99%以上,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率达88%,大大降低了工作面粉尘浓度,改善了作业环境,收到了预期效果。干式除尘系统设备已通过安标国家矿用产品安全标志中心安全标志认证和国家安全生产矿用设备检验中心防爆检测。 At present,a wet dedusting equipment was generally applied in China to the dust removal and purification of the dust from the fully mechanized coal mining face.But as to the fully mechanized heading face of a mine full rock roadway,the wet dedusting equipment could not effectively solve the dust control problem.In the fully mechanized heading of a Lunan auxiliary transportation full rock roadway in Xinjing Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group,a new research and developed dry model deducting system was applied to the dedusting of the fully mechanized heading face.The dedusting rate of the mine roadway was above 99% and the dedusting efficiency of the respirable dust was up to 88%.Thus the dust concentration of the heading face was highly reduced,the operation environment was improved and the expected effect was obtained.The dry model dedusting system equipment was passed by the mine safety certification of the Mining Products Safety Approval and Certification Center and was passed by the explosion proof detection of the National Safety Production and Mine Equipment Test Center.
