摘要
以陕西省"211"高校图书馆作为调研样本,通过网上调研、电话咨询、文献调研的方法,从微信公众平台、微博、移动APP 3个方面进行调研对比,总结分析这些高校图书馆的移动图书馆平台建设与使用情况。调研发现:大多数移动图书馆服务内容相似、服务形式不够多样化,微博活跃度不高,APP个性化不足、用户使用率不高。在未来发展过程中应注重结合图书馆实际、深入挖掘读者需求、按读者身份定制个性化服务、提升用户体验感与满意度。
Taking the "211" university libraries in Shaanxi province as the research samples, through the online research, tele- phone consultation, literature research methods, this paper made the research and comparison of wechat public platform, weibo and APP, and summed up the construction and use status of mobile library in these university li- braries. Research found that: most of mobile library service was similar, with the homogenization of service forms, low activities ofweibo and low personalization and usage of APP. In the future development process, library should focus on the combination of actual museum, and dig deeply into the needs of readers, and conduct the personalized service according to the identity of readers, and enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
