摘要
随着"互联网"、"信息化"对图书市场的冲击,传统民营书商逐渐投入到数字化产品的开发中。根据传统民营书商的特点,研究了其数字化战略的实施模式,设计了线下体验、线上销售、线上售后及互动的O2O平台,并通过案例分析,验证了该平台是传统民营书商实施数字化战略的有效手段。
Following the impact of Interact and informatization on the book market, traditional private booksellers threw them- selves into the exploitation of digital products gradually. Based on the characteristics of traditional private book- sellers, this paper studied the model of digital strategy, designed the offlineexperiences, onlinesales, online af- ter-sales and interactive 020 platform, and also validated by case analysis that this platform was effctivemethods for traditional private booksellers to carry out the digital strategy.
