Study on the Developing Tendency of Modern Public Cultural Service System

现代公共文化服务体系是中国传统公共文化服务体系的全面转型升级,其实质是基于从计划经济向市场经济转变的特定历史时期对中国公共文化服务发展模式的全面重构,代表着中国公共文化服务发展史上一个崭新的发展阶段。洞察国内外的理论与实践,发现现代公共文化服务体系具有管理科学化、供给合作化、发展集群化、布局合理化、服务多维化5个方面的发展趋势。

The modem public cultural service system is the a＇ansformation and upgrading of China＇ s traditional culture. Its essence is the reconstitution of the development model of traditional public cultural service on account of the transi- tionary period in China＇ s specific historical period. It also indicates a new stage of development of China＇ s pub- lic cultural service. Based on the review of researches on theory and practice at home and abroad, this paper found the five dvvelopment trends of modern public culture service system which were the scientific management, supply co-operation, developing clustering, layout rationalization and service diversification.
