目前,中国农村许多地区人们的生活还处于相对贫困状态。贫困不仅表现为经济方面的贫困,其背后深藏着文化贫困的特质,实现贫困地区脱贫致富,提高人的文化素质是其重要环节之一。相信公共图书馆的参与是一股新生的文化力量,它依托公共文化设施和文化资源,参与到精准扶贫中来,改造贫困文化,使农村更快地摆脱经济贫困与文化贫困。

There are still many people and many rural areas living in poverty now. Poverty is characterized by not only eco- nomic poverty, but by the trait of cultural poverty. Raising people＇s cultural quality is one of the important link for their poverty alleviation. Public library is a new cultural force depending on the public cultural facilities and cultural resource to involve in the targeted poverty alleviation, which can make rural areas get rid of poverty in economy and culture more quickly.
