This paper discussed the significance of the application of knowledge mapping in library＇ s reference and subject service, the necessity of the combination of knowledge mapping and subject service, as well as the existing prob- lems and solutions, and explored the effect of knowledge mapping on library＇ s reference and subject service, to provide the scientific basis for the transformation and development of library＇ s reference and subject service mode.
