This paper summarized the connotation of knowledge innovation and knowledge innovation service, and discussed the present situation of knowledge innovation service in university library, and put forward the management strategy ofnniversity＇ s knowledge innovation service based on ＂Intemet＋＂ , including the transformation to the blended library, the construction of smart librarians, the mo- bile interactive platform construction, the construction of library knowledge innovation service system and library space reconstruction and so on.
