复合益生菌对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Compound Probiotics on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance,Immune Organ Index and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Squabs

摘要 本试验旨在研究复合益生菌对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。选取72对种鸽和144只1日龄乳鸽,乳鸽称量初始体重后随机分成4个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复3对种鸽及6只乳鸽。在饲喂相同基础饲粮的同时,对照组补饲保健砂,Ⅰ组补饲保健砂+复合菌Ⅰ(嗜酸乳杆菌+乳双歧杆菌),Ⅱ组补饲保健砂+复合菌Ⅱ(乳双歧杆菌+粪肠球菌),Ⅲ组补饲保健砂+复合菌Ⅲ(嗜酸乳杆菌+粪肠球菌)。试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)在生长性能方面,Ⅱ组显著提高了乳鸽的28日龄体重和平均日增重(P<0.05)。2)在屠宰性能方面,Ⅱ组显著提高了乳鸽的屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率(P<0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组显著降低了乳鸽的腹脂率(P<0.05)。3)在免疫器官指数方面,Ⅱ组显著提高了乳鸽的胸腺指数(P<0.05)。4)在血清生化指标方面,Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组显著降低了乳鸽血清中总蛋白和球蛋白的含量(P<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组均显著降低了乳鸽血清中肌酐的含量(P<0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组显著降低了乳鸽血清中甘油三酯的含量(P<0.05);Ⅱ组显著增加了乳鸽血清中高密度脂蛋白的含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,保健砂中添加复合益生菌改善了乳鸽的生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on growth performance, slaughter performance, immune organ index and serum biochemical parameters of squabs. Seventy-two pairs of breeding pigeons and 144 squabs were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 3 pairs of breeding pigeons and 6 squabs per replicate. In fed the same basal diet at the same time, the control group was fed the health care sand, groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the health care sand with compound probiotics Ⅰ (Lactobacillus acidophilus+Bifidobacterium lactis), compound probiotics Ⅱ (Bifidobacterium lactis+Enterococcus faecalis) and compound probiotics Ⅲ (Lactobacillus acidophilus+Enterococcus faecalis), resperctively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, 1) in the aspect of growth performance, group Ⅱ significantly increased the body weight at 28 days of age and the average daily gain of squabs (P〈0.05). 2) In the aspect of slaughter performance, group Ⅱ significantly increased the slaughter rate, semi-eviscerated rate and eviscerated rate of squabs (P〈0.05), group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ significantly reduced the abdominal fat rate of squabs (P〈0.05)). 3) In the aspect of immune function, group Ⅱ significantly increased thymus index of squabs (P〈0.05). 4) In the aspect of serum biochemical index, group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ significantly reduced the content of total protein and globulin in serum of squabs (P〈0.05), group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ significantly reduced the serum creatinine content of squabs (P〈0.05), group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ significantly reduced the serum triglycerides content of squabs (P〈0.05), group Ⅱ significantly increased the serum high density lipoprotein content of squabs (P〈0.05). In summary, compound probiotics added in the health care sand can improve the growth performance, slaughter performance, immune organ index and serum biochemical index of squabs.
